My project about creating a group.

First I'll show you why it is so important. Then the idea will be given itself.

 
Do you know that the most firms are based on military structure? There are 'generals' who do nothing but eating, shouting, and receiving some pleasures. There are 'officers' who keep the responsibility for the firm but do nothing but shouting on subordinates and enforce them doing what they don't what to do. And there are 'soldiers' who are nothing else but slaves - they just are doing what they were commanded to do by 'officers'. They are not creative beings, they are just machines. And they are treated as machines.
 

There's a concept called 'fair exchange'. It means that you give as valuable to you thing as you receive for that. Do you know ANY job-givers who work on this basis? For example, my friend is working full-time for 250$ a month (he is a programmer) and very often he works late at evenings and on Saturdays. I estimate his work for at least 1000$. And there are some 'professional programmers' whose skills are the same but they came earlier so they are respected by 1000$. And the company is growing, having great income, so on.
 

Most people are working just to get money, not really willing to create the effect of their work. By 'working to create an effect' I mean for example a woman toymaker who would make toys not ONLY to get money but mainly to please children and make them good. This situation in society that people work only for money causes degradation of people so that 'Life Sense' becomes just watching TV, sex, computer games.One can add here that we all, may be in early childhood, dreamed of devoting life to something lofty. For example I dreamed of creating a method of making people immortal. You see? And after 15 years or so people decide to devote life to relaying pieces of paper and they do not even feel that there's something wrong with that!
 

Also the situation in a working group isn't too good. Often there's no friendship at all, workers are almost ready to kill each other to be 'better' in the boss's eyes.
 

Society is forcing us to follow 'life model'. For Russia it is: born, kindergarten, school, institute, work, marriage, children, pension, death. Dull, isn't it? Like a prisoner in prison. To say more 60% of that is absolutely useless. Society is forcing the notion of 'status' which kills freedom and 'honest exchange'. People can be paid only for their status. People can be used as slaves only for their status.

The solution is to create such a group where freedom, friendship & creativity would be guaranteed. Such a fire wall making all slave-making efforts of society to 0. Can it be? Heaven within Hell? ;) Yes. Everything depends on us. I would say more: such a group would cure the society! How such a group can be designed? What shall we do? How to create it? Maybe the answer will surprise you. The answer is 'it doesn't matter'! The thing is intension to create such a group. Then everyone must take a piece of responsibility for attainment of the goal. Only together we can decide what do. It is not an absence of a plan. It is a very concrete plan. The idea is simple. Work is divided into parts, one worker-one part. A worker is the boss in his work part. Others may only advice him. If his ignorance or laziness is constantly corrupting work of others then they would not trust him. So he would leave the group or make something to rehabilitate the trust. Also there must be FULL honesty & understanding, group members must be friends, having the same goals. I don't know is there any sense to create a 'head' or a conductor, but according to Scientology head or chief is serve to workers. Only workers know what they want & need to effectively make work, chief is only a communicator who must establish communication between workers so that activities of one would meet needs of another. Sure, this activity shouldn't be only work. Also there must be spiritual perfection, creating of beauty, so on, according to all spheres of survival as it is shown in scientology dynamics. Here is what I mean shorter and more concrete:
Project goal: to create and support a group of people in which the main treasures would bebhappiness and love/friendship, a group which whould help people being free, prosperous and perfection. This implies work, friendship, perfection.

Valuable end product: a group, work in which would be a pleasure and helpful to society, not limiting freedom of workers and giving enough money to workers. Opportunity of perfection together with work (spiritual enlightment & clearing, some abilities including magical, other). Friendly workgroup with love in it. Shortly a small paradise on Earth.

Time: start - summer of 1998, planning to attain the result after 2 years.

Key goals:
1) Gather together about 10 people who would be aware of the following:
            * One wants something more from life then society offers & enforces.
            * One wants to be free in his work, doing what he considers good to do.
            * One wants to work not only for money but to create some effect on society.
            * One wants a fair exchange for this work. Wants to be paid the real worth of his work.
            * One wants mutual understanding, mutual interest, trust and love in workgroup.
            * One wants perfection: creating and improving his abilities to be really happy. Magical and mental abilities, ability to create beauty, etc. are of interest.
2) Create a moral Code.
3) Create something like chat box or conference to discuss ideas, ways and problems.
4) Decide what shall we do. By now I can offer the foolowinf (and I hope new members will offer new ideas and we shall choose the best idea): creating a computer game, web mastering (dating service and advertising), trading on FOREX (all this can be done in framework of virtual team). By the way, about dating service. This is a very good idea. Many people want to find 'a second me' and can't. There are a lot of dating servers on Internet, but all they are very dull because there is too small information about people in them and the information isn't structured. As a result it is even harder to find someone interesting there then making it right on the street. The solution would be creating a test consisting on questions and algorithm of determining 'similar' people by these answers.
What about perfection - here we could split by pairs living in one place so that everyone pair would become professionals in some narrow area and would help others with it.

The first thing to create such a group is to find more, more, more communication. Ideas are secondary. First is communication. May be those ideas I wrote will be changed by you. May be not. Let's communicate! It doesn't matter where you live - we have i-net!!!

And the last - I've already found (and originally it wasn't my idea to create group) 2 people who want approximately that!
